I don't know why it would matter what type of images you are taking when the insurance just covers the value of the gear itself, not your overall business or the value of the content. Commercial photography is commercial photography no matter what type of gigs you are doing.
Anyway, I prefer spending my money on better physical security systems than on insurance who may very well screw you over and not pay out for any number of reasons if you try to make a claim. Even if it is a lame reason like they find out you are a pornographer.
I recently purchased a heavy safe and had it bolted to the floor in my equipment room with a completely wireless alarm system with multiple motion sensors also protecting my home and finally a videocamera system on top of that.
When I'm filming I have most of my gear with me, I never leave it in the car alone after a shoot, so a home burglary is the only place I could lose it and I feel protected at this point.
