Details arent complete yet but they say they will send out checks to you at the begining of each month for the previous month.
they will apparently keep a database with your name addy and ssn at the least and somehow tie it to the APHSS database
The interesting thing to me is that the FSC was chosen to administer this program, the FSC has a 20 year history of no financial accountability
What can possibly go wrong.....
