I just transcribed the part of the interview that specifically dealt with the current status of epassporte claims. Here is Mallick's exact words:

...I was also advised to keep quiet about it because it would just fuel the fire if I said some of the things that would have naturally come to mind. So I kept quiet about it. We sorted through the mess, we?ve taken care of everyone. There are a couple of things out there that are still questionable, some people[who] have not been paid. It?s only a handful, and it?s only because there?s a dispute where someone is asking for money on behalf of someone else and they have a letter but we can?t verify the letter? So everything has been resolved with the exception of a very few things and I will tell you that, I wouldn?t say 100%, but I would say 99% of the things said about me on these websites, are just false....All I can say is, people said I was in hiding, I?m in the same place I?ve always been. People said I ran off to mexico, I?m still in Los Angeles...It?s unfair, truly it?s inaccurate.
