Unless you need to spend a little less money, then get an AMD, but if anything you do is dependent on getting done faster -- and that's almost everything -- then get an Intel. Time = money.

AMD is great if you're on a budget/need a lot of cores for cheap but Intel has been beating them on the benchmarks for the past few years.
