The phone is gone. I'd cancel the service on it so that the fucker couldn't call china. However, it's not quite the same analogy. It seems like some people are under the delusion that killing file lockers will bring porn back to the days where you could throw some images up, buy a spot on The Hun, and make bank. Those days are long gone and taking every single file locker down will have 0 impact on the industry as a whole.
I'm still for ending piracy but be realistic about what the end result is going to be.
