Stop File Lockers is the first play in a very long game. It's going to take time to deal with File Lockers and will take longer for any flow on benefit to be fully analysed or appreciated however Stop File Lockers is the beginning of a much broader attack on piracy.
Like everything, these things take time, nothing happens overnight or even within the less than 30 days that Stop File Lockers has existed.
