Checking the top 50 isn't hard, if no piracy sites come up, then forget it. If 20% do carry on, if 50% do your'e funding piracy. I checked a few porn piracy forums and they mostly came up with ads from sites often via brokers.

Juicy is just a broker here, why they should be held responsible for what the Site owner is putting on his site? Why don't you go straight to the site owner and/or contact his registrar + hosting company?
Most traffic sites are using a 3rd party ad agency now, you name it...
they all fucking do it! Best way to monetize on them...
