Well, rabbits breed like.. rabbits and have MANY per litter so unless you tag it and recognize it specifically it's probably a different one I bet. If it was really small they're probably still in the "nest" area so your cat might be just picking them off one by one as they get the balls to move out. The parent rabbit just basically abandons them after a short time so they just have to get the nerve to start their own lives one at a time.
My cat used to bring back freaking game sized rabbits! LOL. He came walking out of the woods one day hauling a rabbit almost as big as himself, straddling over it and dragging it like a jaguar hauls a antelope. I watched him stalk and catch a bird once. He jumped like 6 feet straight up and snagged it out of the air after flushing it.. it was insane and again like some african footage or something. He was a big maine coon breed of cat.
