What year are we referring too? I have 6 full time employees that have to watch what they spend and also be smart with the money they make but they are self reliant and live good lives.
Employee on welfare???? Not sure if this is even possible if the job is legit.

This is why the welfare system HAS failed to aid those that need the assistance, it is welfare, not a way of life. Put in place to help those that needed a helping hand, not an existence.
