I'm looking for a descent digital camera with a good optical zoom that I can carry around in the car to catch those quick shots you just don't want to miss.

Needs to be under $400 or close to that price.

Needs to also do OK in low light.

So far I am looking at the Fujifilm FinePix HS25EXR and Fujifilm FinePix HS30EXR.

Anything better? Any suggestions?
