£1 = quid, nicker, cherry (cherry picker, nicker), nugget, sov
£5 = fiver, jacks (alive, five), lady godiva, bluey
£10 = tenner, cock and hen
£20 = score
£25 = pony
£50 = nifty, half a ton
£100 = oner, long 'un, ton
£200 = deuce
£500 = monkey
£1000 = carpet roll, grand

There are more but mostly newer ones, the above is pretty much the long-standing 'staple' slang terms, including some cockney rhyming slang.
