let me get this straight - incidents like the recent colorado shootings are being carried out by method of mind control, so that at some point 6.5 billion people can be culled, leaving the elite to co-exist with nature in a 'better' way. The reason they want things like 12 people dying, is so that the UN arms treaty will be signed, the masses lose handguns, shotguns, and assault rifles, so that when the mass culling begins, people can't fight back.
Or.... teenage girls get hit by fertlity antidotes, so that (in what, 2500 years or so?) the birth rate is so far below the death rate, that this 500m number of the elite is the 'natural' population.
