In the article it says they make profits of about $300 million so about 3 years rev is what they got. To be honest that looks like a good deal for them. Adult does not get the 10-20 year multiple that mainstream companies get due to many, many reasons.

Well considering their ads are all over the sites that giveaway our products for free without permission and the zango mess. I think some ill feelings are warranted. lol If I loved them I seriously doubt someone would pay for 1 billion dollars for company that cant afford to pay someone to monitor where their sales and traffic come from.
