Then they are talking about facility that is "being built". No nothing illegal has happened, and they are building a building.
Then in the video they talk about how the NSA has a dossier of every American? Well, I would imagine so. Someone in the US government would have to have some kind of dossier on every American. I mean, how else do they know if I'm legally able to receive a passport? Seems my wife's dossier must be interesting, because they denied her a passport and they didn't tell us why.
Then in the video they talk about this data facility that they are building. Last time I checked, the NSA was tasked with "foreign signals intelligence", so building such a facility is exactly what they are supposed to be doing - they collect signals from other countries, store them, and then analyze them.
Basically, they are saying the the NSA is doing their fucking job but accusing them of doing it on US citizens without offering up any proof other than they are building that can hold vast amounts of data.
