hi Lars,

we are in the process of switching our chat solution to the technology based on node.js + socket.io which in theory could handle about 20,000 users the same time per server. If this technology is used for communication between clients/server then webcam video could be handled with CDN network based on any popular streaming server (fms, red5 or wowza). And what is the most interesting: later on Flash video could be replaced with something based on HTML5 (when it will be ready for live streaming) or other technology suitable for mobile platforms and iOS in particular.

we don't have many clients at the moment and could work on it if you are interested.
