The key to ODesk and porn is you need to label everything "adult" in order to post jobs. If you just say 'video editor needed' then mainstream people will respond, too. So I always put 'adult video editor' etc.
The other "trick" is to hire 3 candidates for the same 'test job'. Give each of the applicants a simple task and pay them a small amount (say $25 dollars) then see which candidate performs best and hire that person. Saves an enormous amount of time.
