So what I don't get, is that they are trying to say that they used excessive force to get him. He lives in a place with 12 staff, plus a guard house and has a panic room. What did he expect? Someone would saunter up to the gatehouse, announce their intent to the guards to call up to the house, and inform Mr Dotcom that he was about to be arrested, only to have him jump into a helicopter and take off? Oh.. I'm sorry, he was here and you just missed him. And he can't complain that they used force to handcuff him, he evaded them by going into the panic room and waited for them to find him.
