Last company I worked with, they put me on W2 and I had a 401k plan for about 9 months. Anyway, got a few grand out of it, then transferred it to Scottrade where I increased it over 20%.
When I asked Scottrade how to cash it, they automatically take out 20% (or so) for withholding. Some where I read that you can invest into your OWN company with a 401k. My accountant is gone this week, but not sure if anyone else did that.
Besides keeping it in there, whats the best way I can take it out to drop it at the craps table
