Of course the vouchers will cover only a portion of the actual premiums and you can bet the house that they won't even come close to keeping pace with increasing premiums.
And yeah, health insurance that doesn't cover pre-existing conditions is utterly pointless.
It's like I said, Ryan's plan accomplishes for real that which Palin's fictitious death panels supposedly would.
