I share your frustration a lot of the time.
So, with
Long Bucks, once you're logged in, click Tools, select program PPS/Revshare or whatever you're after, click Hosted Tools, click Pics & Movies of whatever site you want to push, select options/sorting requirement but ensure you select Movies (FLV) under Type.
