No, those bikes are registered. Not stolen. Cops really just ram them. You're not supposed to ride them in the street here registered or not. 90% of the cops don't care though mostly because it's illegal to chase them down they'll tell you to have fun and be safe, but 10% will ram you or even shoot you because they illegally chased you and you got away. I agree they shouldn't ride if it's illegal, but don't think it's worth a death penalty. |
