I like guns about as much as any redneck and would probably carry one myself if it was allowed here. But if you carry a gun in public, shouldn't you be required to have it holstered properly, without one in the chamber, safety on?
If your gun accidentally goes off you should be charged with illegal discharge of firearm or something like that.
Just read the bottom of the article. At least it sounds like they will charge him with something.
