You can get an international shortcode if you want to hit everyone around the globe that is a part of your website. If you just want to start out by offering this to your top visited regions the cost per SMS varies on the aggregator you choose and the country you are sending them in. Shortcodes come with monthly costs but this can be reduced if you share a shortcode.
