After the "our dicks are bigger the your dicks" demonstration of the British Gov Ecuador had to demonstrate that their dicks are at least equal. Now, since I think that not all politicians are barbaric morons (at least I hope so) there must be a rational reason behind this. Maybe a change to finally get rid of a nuisance in a halfway elegant way?
