They're not the biggest by a long shot. They're number 10, barely, by size.

They used to be very good. Times have changed, Moniker's parent company has changed a few times, support has gotten worse, and there's been a few glitches and issues (most notably with the whois privacy problems).
I too am starting to move domains out of there. I still have about 20 left that are being moved out at renewal time.
