I posted not long ago that one of my best sponsors for tubecamgirl.com had a youtube video like this. If youtube will bein top of all porn searches, the future of porn ads is clothed videos in youtube with some hint or link to a porn site - altough this is breaching the youtube tos and accounts will be shut down time to time
