If "take actions" means deporting the entire family, then I'm all for it if that is the law. Better they go as a family instead of breaking up the family and only sending the parents back. That to me is worse than anything, but seems you are all for breaking up the family unit to "protect" the kid. That defies logic and will cause more damage to the child than anything. But I guess when it comes to getting a passport so they can slowly start the process of bringing their other 400 family members up, that is what they have to do.
Based on the Spanish under your avatar, I'm guessing you are illegal yourself or this issue strikes close to home because you know some who are? This seems like a very touchy subject for you. You should take your complaints up with the governments of the world instead of GFY.
