I just survived from a serie of support emails: first a customer, then a cam girl, then an affiliate. Quite funny how they ask conflicting things and blaming the cam site instead of each other for outcomes.
In short to run a cam site you get to mix the following:
1) Affiliate asks 90% rev share from own domain whitelabel with no watermarks or hints that the site it is not his own really. Promo tools should include naked and playing cam girls who are live, and eventually one of our staff members who build his own site, customizing and changing all ours for his 10 clicks per day. There must be no chargebacks ever. Affiliate thinks his traffic is very good, would have signed up twice, but the site is doing 50% net shaving.
2) Cam girl asks 90% rev share with no need to do any free chat. The private it should be at $10 per minute minimum, and no any other girl should be allowed to set cheaper price. Also no any other girl should show naked for free, and there should be no any promo tool with her or any cam girl naked. Guys should pay a lot to just see a nipple in any case, and no promo should state different. Users shoudl be not able to get money back, so if a chargeback (or simple complain and refund) to happen, this should be at loss of site, and the model shoud be paid always in full for her done minutes. Model thinks the site is making 50% or more net profit.
3) Customer say the cam girls should all be naked and playing for free same as they see it happening in myfreecams. Whoever let pay for a live show in 2012 is a fraud. Let them consider a private, this should be for no more of 49 cents per minute, and the girl should immediately use no less than 3 toys at same times in her 3 holes, or he wants the money back (either by ask it, or doing silently a chargeback later). Customer thinks the site is making 50% or more net profit, and its owners are doing parties with naked girls in Hefner-Playboy-like mansions and castles.
Obviously each of Affiliate, Camgirl and Customer see a cam site in his/her own way.
