That happens to many. Apple's products run flawlessly and have excellent user interfaces, the devices run seamlessly together and their support, online and retail stores are incredible.

PC and Droid users can whine all they want. My neighbor's new Samsung phone crashed 3x the other night at our house when he was showing us some videos. He swore Monday morning he was heading to the Apple store to get an iphone, which he did. Apple simply works!
