while that might seem crazy on the very basis of how inept the UN is, you do know that Interpol can kick your door down, stick you in a body bag, and make you disappear without having to tell anyone, right?

my opinion on why that's being tracked is for 'data' for expeditions, most likely with the end purpose of 'mining' or 'space warfare' research
