The main reason we include this in our TOS is due to the fact that our operations are not in juts 1 country. Laws related to pornography differ in HK to that of the US for example, and we need a flexible policy that allows to us adapt to certain situations.
As part of our service, files sold using our platform are replicated throughout our CDN. We may be required to remove content from 1 country to comply with local laws.
