altough i think he should never be in prison... best he can do right now is server those 12 months in sweden, separated from the dangerous prisoners, not a big deal... they have computer, gym and all in their cells.. 12 months is not big deal considering his chances...
as long as his lawyers can assure he won't have any other problems after that...
just sayin...
