Does the pill protect against all the various strains and sub strains of HIV?

One doesn't have to be a conspiracy kook to question the long term effects of any pill or vaccine. A lot of that stuff is really bad news.
It is great progress nonetheless. Maybe in 10 - 20 more years HIV/AIDS can be a thing of the past.
