One thing that bothers me, aside from absolutely everything else about that day, is the way they totally disregarded the put options on United and American because the people responsible, whose identities were of course suppressed, had no ties to al Qaeda.
Which, far from being a reason to ignore the shady dealing, is surely just more reason to at least consider the possibility that people other than 'al Qaeda' were involved in and/or knew what was about to happen.
