well, i have been in the same position several times and politeness and a few mails helped a lot ... the vast majority (read it as SERIOUS PROGRAMS) sent the funds and terminated my accts when asked ... ('cept fucking-cash.com --- suckers dont convert at all and have a $130 (WTF?!) minimum ... i am stuck at $109 with them
