Also, I don't equate safety in determining whether a country is third world. to me it's all about the economy, standard of living and monthly wages. BTW - not putting down any Eastern European country - or any country for that matter.
Myself, I'm packing my bags and moving to a third-world country in January, ableit on a different continent than Europe.

hey np, no point in arguing. just if you get the chance go visit eastern europe, its loads of fun and you will see they are developing like crazy, no way is it third world thats just ridiculous.
