I have a feeling he was gay too. No mention of a family or significant other. He had two kids but he was single.

His bio says he was heavily involved in musical theater at his high school and also at Cal Berkeley. Attended law school in SF. No wife or children or SO mentioned in any of the bios.

Draw your own conclusions. If it comes out that he was gay, this situation is going to get a whole lot worse
