Also, I don't equate safety in determining whether a country is third world. to me it's all about the economy, standard of living and monthly wages. BTW - not putting down any Eastern European country - or any country for that matter.
Myself, I'm packing my bags and moving to a third-world country in January, ableit on a different continent than Europe.

Learn before speaking on subjects of which you have no knowledge. "Third World" refers to countries that are not Capitalist and Allied with the US(First World) or Communist (Second World). These terms have nothing to do with economics, standards of living, wages, etc. GDP does not dictate any of these qualities either, please please learn about the world someday.
