Actually this isn't the case.. There are a ton of talented people out there all you have to do is look to indie films. The problem with Hollywood is a double edged sword.

In a sense they have put thier selves between a rock & a hard pl;ace as major productions cost insane amounts of money and it's a massive risk to spend that kind of money and have is be a dog.

This means they just keep rehashing out the remakes & squeals to existing proven franchise's. There is a lot less risk involved in that and solid profits because everyone goes gaga goo over spider man or the next super hero.. or squeal number X for this series or that.
