I know the whole "illegal" part is a touchy subject because of potential litigation complications so I understand what you mean about misreading my question.
Let me word my question a different way. If "someone" was running an illegal tube site, is it because the illegal tube site has full scenes of another's company videos without the company's consent under the premise of "user submitted videos"?
