I hope he was covering his tracks by saying he was working at London based agency while actually he worked somewhere else, or even he got that data by other means.
Nobody can be that stupid, why you even would want to post specifics like that? He could ask same question without posting those specifics.
However if that is true so my message to OP would be - If you are that stupid to voluntarily post unnecessary specifics like that then you are definitely too stupid to execute everything without going to face consequences.
