Props to ADG for saying what he thinks, even if it's unpopular around here.
I myself have no problems promoting Facial Abuse or any other legal site really.
But I guess it's a pretty fine line. If someone I cared about decided to collect donations on the street by letting people spit in their face for $10, I'd think the person needed help and maybe shouldn't be allowed to do that.. However, it would go against some of my beliefs to tell someone they shouldn't be allowed to do something..
If they were, say, retarded.. Would it change? Should we let retarded people do degrading things for money - because they don't know any better? Or are we supposed to protect them with our superior intelligence? While protecting them, are we helping them find another way to make money, or are we just stopping what we find offensive and not providing an alternative? Is that worse?
So if a down on her luck whore whose likely addicted to something wants to do this to pay rent, should we "protect her" with our high and mighty beliefs? I dunno. I'd say no.
Duke, can you tell us where *you* draw the line? Have there been times where you refused to shoot a model? Why?
