The difference is, we don't try to persuade them to continue. If they quit, I give them 20 minutes to think about it alone. She comes back out & says I can continue, we make sure she is ok & we do. If she says she can't, that's it. Over. There is no need to persuade anyone past that point. It's eaiser just to get them a cab back to the airport.
