"Criminal" Singer Arrested: Bad news for Fiona Apple, the singer has been arrested in Sierra Blanca, Texas for alleged possession of hashish - a type of cannabis - a Hudspeth County police rep confirmed to Access Hollywood. The singer was arrested at approximately 11 PM at a border checkpoint when drug sniffing dogs found the alleged substance. The singer is currently still in custody as she waits for a judge to set her bond. The 35-year-old could face a felony charge if convicted.
