So how to create porn that sells.

Today it's tough, so no easy answers.

A model's and shooter's personality, character and for the shooter his charm are the make and break point. Some people simply cannot shoot or model for porn. So let's get positive.

Interview a model, how suitable is she for the job is what you need to discover. Looks, personality, character and attitude towards the shooter and the work are essential if you want something that will sell. And by sell even on a Tube site and for free it has to sell, in that getting an erection and not getting passed over to the next one.

A guy who can talk to a girl in a bar and get her to date him or bed him. Will find it easier than a guy who has no hope. The myth that guys who can't get laid become porn shooters to solve the problem is wrong to the point of stupid. Hookers are cheaper, shooting bad porn can bankrupt him.

So setting the interview atmosphere is important, greet her by name, or ask her, tell her your name, what will happen today, what's in it for her. Tell her about the work, where, when, how, who, rewards, etc. Lead the conversation without ignoring her points, so ask if she has any questions. I used to not tell her what I wanted her to do, I asked her to tell me what she wanted to do after learning al the work I had for her.

Watch her face and eyes as you tell her about the work. They will often tell you more than the girl will. If they contract, she's not happy, if they open more she is. Other things like body language are essential tools. Fortunately I had training in this and a talent for reading people. It's my top talent for shooting porn.

Then if possible take some nude pics of her, looking for all the flaws here and how she handles posing. It's like asking a secretary to type a letter at an interview. Present is as 100% normal, which it is.

If she says yes to lesbian sex, ask her if she's had sex with a girl. Ask her if she liked it and would do it again. If not ask her how she feels about it, on the answer you can even ask her if she would like to try it with your female assistant.

If she says yes to BG. Ask her if she can fuck when you say action. If she yes and looks very willing, fine. If she looks like she might have a problem and says yes. Say action and pot to your crutch. If she comes over, fine. If she makes excuses, tell her to rethink doing BG. And yes I have tested girls like this. I'm not in the business of losing money on girls who can't do the work. If she needs forcing, she walks, if she's willing, she works.

If suitable for your work, book her. Then tell her to confirm before the shoot, 24 hours is good, and phone you as she leaves. In case of problems. If she has no intention of doing the work or changes her mind you save time and money.

On the shoot have everything ready before models arrive. Greet them, make them feel you're happy they are here. Tell them what will happen and start directing them. To a cup of tea or the shower, show them what to wear. Lead the day, don't let them lead you. Do this with a smile ad a joke. Like "There's the shower, every things ready, towels, dressing gown, soap. I'll be there in a minute, to rub your back and other places." With a laugh and a joke, you're in control gently.

And that's how the whole day progresses. She's not a body, whore, slut, to be used, etc. She's a real person that does this work because she needs the money. Make it fun for her.
