Unless you fuck on camera, you'll never understand. I perform in all of my shoots, did 150 Magazine layouts, 20 movies, and 100 internet shoots as well - and I think I can help you. Most people don't understand Porno at all, and that's OK, because if they did, it would take away from the mystique of it all and we ALL would be unemployed.
I cannot tell you what to do, nor am I qualified to give you advice, because I'm not sure of all of your circumstances. But, I can tell you what has worked for me. Take what you need, discard the rest for later use.
I've tried to establish a core group of REAL people that I can relate to, that are posetive influences, and I hang with those people as much as posible. I keep my work seperate from my personal life, and never date models that I fuck on camera. All probs in my biz are result of not doing the previous. Keep regular hobbies, interests, sports & meetings outside the porn biz and value them. Go to social events right after you shoot, you are probably the only one there that didn't go there to get laid... and that makes you more attractive to women. Make excuses to spend as much time with your family as posible, after hanging with porn chicks - they will be the most incredible people that you have ever met.
