Those are "leaders" of a small minority sect in Israel that does not believe that Israel should exist, (meanwhile refusing to work and just living off the dole while studying Torah all day, basically living off of other Israelis while denouncing them at the same time).
These are the same people that throw rocks at girls that wear skirts that are too short through their neighborhoods, and spit on women that refuse to sit at the back of the bus. They are NOT representative of the vast majority of Israelis.
