I don't usually get this excited about apps. I have quite a few, and there are a lot of good ones that I use everyday.
I have the Samsung Galaxy Note phone, because I wanted as big a screen as possible that was also a phone. Its fantastic, basically a bigger version of the Galaxy SIII, but it did seem to have the one problem, which was that it uses up it's battery too quickly. This problem started after upgrading to the "Ice Cream Sandwhich" software. (Who comes up with these silly names?)
So I finally found an app that I wish I had found years ago. (Though I don't even know if it's available for iphone, which is what I used to have)
It's called Juice Defender

It has a basic free version, and a paid version for a couple of dollars. After reading reviews, I got the paid version, which then had me upload the free basic version also. It has three settings. Balanced, Aggressive, and Extreme. I have only tried it on the Balanced setting so far, (since I didn't want it to interfere with my phones systems too much if it wasn't needed), and the results are truly fantastic.
For all you guys that struggle with your phone dying during the day, especially when you are traveling or at shows and don't want to leave the events to charge your phone, this damn app is freakin' fantastic. My battery just doesn't seem to die. I swear it tripled the battery life, and that is on the lowest setting.
I never thought I would be so damn happy about an app, but it's a really good one.
That is all.
