I can see how it can be frustrating. But I"m guessing it's not going to come down today. And long before your contacting the host, you should go through the sign owner first.

Well, my question was answered about who owns it. The only form of contact with site is an online form. So that was used about a week ago and no response. I'm pretty sure the typical allowed response time is 48 hours.
Who's demanding anything... I'm asking.
