Out of the those choices, LA for me. Vegas is the best place to get in, party hard for 3 nights, get out. LA I could live there quite easily I think.

I wouldn't say it is the best place to live in the World tho. It's a big Planet we live on, so many amazing places, impossible to say where is best but in my opinion of all the places I have been, I think Paris or Barcelona would be great to live in.
